Pai Mu Dan is translated as “white peony”. This beautiful Chinese white tea contains only the youngest 2 leaves and a bud of the tea bush, carefully hand-picked and dried. A fuller flavoured white tea with a refreshing mellow taste and a delicate floral aroma.

Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade, infuse for three minutes and drink without milk.
