An exquisite, high grade Chinese oolong. Oolongs are half way between black and green tea in terms of processing. This example is deliciously sweet, green and floral.
 
Ingredients: Chinese Ti Guan Yin Oolong Tea
 
Heat freshly drawn water to about 80 degrees centigrade,
infuse for three minutes and drink without milk.
