According to legend, this unique oolong came into existence after the Moon fell in love with a Comet that briefly passed through our galaxy. Her sorrow led to milky tears that landed on a tea tree resulting in Milk Oolong! The reality is slightly less romantic but no less amazing; as a sudden temperature shift during cultivation results in an incredibly smooth, creamy and sweet tasting semi-oxidised tea. A true marvel that must be tasted to be believed.
