Typically drunk all day long in India from small glasses or terracotta cups, this sweet, spicy and milky black tea is a guilty pleasure and wonderful pick-me-up.

 

Ingredients: Indian Assam Black Tea (50%), Spices (Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Fennel, Black Peppercorns)

 

Boil freshly drawn water, infuse for three to five minutes
and drink with milk and sugar.
