TEA IS A MAGICAL THING

Having made the decision to create a vintage world – a mixture of Alice
in Wonderland and fairy land with tea at its heart, I went in search of the

perfect brews to serve. After sipping and slurping my way around the countries tea rooms large, small, famous and unknown I decided that if it were possible to blend our own teas, taste, choose and create them ourselves, it would add to the magic of the Folly dream.

My search ended in a farmyard in Kent where a GIANT of tea Alex Probyn lived and worked. He didn’t eat me but instead held my hand and helped me begin a journey into tea which has grown into a passion.
